This branch is in a very busy location in the Birmingham city centre. Their service is 5 star and the staff are friendly. My hot chocolate was half full and when I complained about it, the staff who attended to me immediately apologized and replaced it. An ordinary, unremarkable McDonald's in the center of Birmingham. The food is tasty. The premises are relatively clean.
