Went to buy a new machine as my last one had given up! I was greeted by Maggie who asked how she could help, the first thing she did was to make me a coffee whilst I was looking at the machines. Maggie could not have been more helpful, very informative, knowledgeable and at all times professional. Maggie took time to help decide which machine best suited me. Both Maggie and the store manager (who's name I didn't get unfortunately) worked out which was the best way to make my purchases...read full review
