Im a regular customer in San carlos. I like tbs food and the atmosphere ther. And yesterday i was dining by myself and i was served by Aldo who i found very sweet and attentive. He was very friendly and smiley and always seems happy. I enjoyed his service and will definately be returning to see him again!

Had a good evening enjoying some quality food.Parking: I would recommend parking at Snow Hill Station as it is only a short walk from the restaurant, between 5 and 10 minutes walk away. Parking for upro 4 hours cost £6.65. The carpark payment is a little old fashioned with pay machines that take coins only although there is the alternative option to call a payment line or download an app.

This restaurant is beautiful, can't fault it on the wonderful food and venue. One issue me and my partner had was the wait between starter and main course. We had waited over an hour, the people next to us had arrived after us and had came and went, and the staff seemed much more attentive to a table of 6 across from us rather than the other customers!
