At new street, Jess was really helpful and friendly- making my delicious drink very quickly as I had a train- much appreciated!!! I do hope she gets some sort of incentive or raise for her hard work!

I experienced Starbucks for the first time. Mehrdad was the one who made hot chocolate(Hazelnuts) for me. The taste and smell was excellent. He was patient and focused on what he was doing. Thank you Starbucks.
