Finally found the authenticated rare beef pho. It will be great if the rice noodle can be cooked a bit longer to get a softer taste. Hidden in a Vietnamese supermarket，not easy to find without google maps.
Had pho tai and broken rice.Pho soup was nice, noodles tasted like dried and then reconstituted rather than fresh - didn't have that silky smooth texture I'd prefer. Beef slices were just okay.The marinated pork chop was pretty good.
