Appalling service. They didn't even realise I had made an order until I called 40 minutes after my delivery time stated it would arrive. Got a call back after 10 minutes apologising for the delay and saying that the food will be right out for delivery and should be 15 minutes and they would give freebies to compensate. 40 minutes later I called again for an update and they said it was being delivered. Waited another 25 minutes but no one came and tried calling again but no one...read full review

I went to this kebab shop today ordered a spicy fillet meal came back to see there was no fillet in there, I called the kebab shop to complain to hear somebody laughing in the back ground and a girl saying that it was in there, very very poor customer service and believe they Wer all very high on substances never going back and won’t be long till they close for good !!!

I wouldn’t even rate this place! Customer service needs massive improvement maybe a a few new staff, an they clearly can’t read what’s in front of them! I would never order out here again!!
