Visited for my sisters birthday with her and my partner. The atmosphere was nice to start with however after a couple of minutes it seemed most guests were shouting to fight to speak as the music was a bit loud along with the other guests being loud. We arrived here (a party of 5) after spending time at "the wave" we didn't manage to book in advance and the place was busy as always, but after a quick check they managed to accommodate us which i was so thankful for. I love the ambience in this location, the bar is the center piece and everything else is designed around it. It has some great features from a design aspect that make it a nice place to be. Service was very friendly and helpful. Starters came out in a fast time as we were sharing. The 10 mins wait for mains were perfect, again we couldn’t fault the food. Exactly what we expected by coming to TGIs. Our server Ethan was always around to help and offer refills on our drinks. He is truly an asset to your company. Everytime we come to TGIs the service is one of their stand out assets.
