Lovely " Crafty pint" on our way home from shopping last Saturday. Quite a few really tasty ales and dare I say it, a lager that was palatable to this old stuck in the mud ale drinker...lol.
Quite frankly and simply put this is the best pub in the area. Service is always friendly and welcoming. The beer is always of good quality and of the right temperature with a good range from pale to darker beers. The locals are always up for a chat and that is what this little gem is all about. If you love your beer this is the place to go.

Our U3a Real Ale group visited this micro pub last week. Friendly and helpful staff, with a fair selection of Real Ales on offer. Beers available are listed above the bar, together with their strength percentsges. Highly recommended.
