Nice and quiet Costa. Has their own Costa WIFI. The Baritsa lady kept calling me "sweetheart" which was nice. Close to the bus stops, and walking distance to the Hagley Road Birmingham / Sandwell border in Bearwood.
I spilled my drink before I could even drink it and when Kavita, one of the baristas saw what happened she immediate came and said don't worry she'll take care of it. She came back with a mop and cleaned the mess I made. She was so incredibly kind, she made me another drink for free without me even asking. Then she came around again to give me a snack to go with it. I was deeply touched by her gesture that I cried the whole time I was sat there. it's not something you see everyday...read full review

I was met by a lovely lady called Fiona J Victor. Excellent customer service and she made my drink perfect!I do wish we had more people like her because she was polite and effiecient in her job, unlike the workers at cape hill!I hate going capehill cos the manager there is rude. No customer service manners! I can’t stand their rude behaviour and I tip them. Not anymore! Only divyani can’t remember her name. Beautiful person !Vegetarian options: Good
