Lady working there (I don't know if she was a manager or not, it would explain the attitude) was so rude to me, didn't even let me put my bag down before ordering even though I was so tired. Never going here again, don't recommend unless you'd like to be harassed. I literally never write reviews but they made me so upset today, not sure if they just wanted to bully a college student.

You really need to mystery shop this place. Staff chatting behind the counter while customers are queuing. Then one of them decided to turn around and serve us. The floors. Tables and chairs are disgusting and filthy. I was hoping it would improve from the last visit but it hasn’t so won’t be back.
