Imogen served us in The Starbucks -Touchwood Centre at 10am on Sunday.Fantastic customer service -brought our coffees upstairs for us to watch the snow with a smile.This employee has incredible management potential -outstanding and friendly -well and truly exceeded our customer expectations???
Food is ok but always feel like the price doesn't meet the expectation of what you get. Like paying Pret prices for a McDonalds.Can't fault service, always on point, fast and feels personalised.Solihull Starbucks has a nice seating area but could do with a fulltime table attendant sweeping, wiping, and maintaining it.
