Excellent food and excellent service. A very nice atmosphere and a very good selection of drinks. We went Friday afternoon and hadn't been for quite a while. We chose 3 starters as a main course & they quality was very good.

I go there all the time, but recently it seems to be going on the decline. There are times that the restaurant is busy and the General Manager stands there telling their staff to do things instead of helping out themselves. Their welcome seems fake and it affects the evening. But on the other hand some of the staff are friendly, welcoming and are happy to help when asked. My friend and I have always loved dining here. But the last couple of times we've visited hasn't been to our satisfaction. The food has been luke warm and the management has come across as cold and unhelpful. After much observation, the manger seems to be just stood around looking at his phone whilst his staff struggle. The cock and bull used to give us an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately we're questioning whether to return again.
