Booked a one night stay for our 5th anniversary. Was greeted by a helpful and friendly member of staff explaining everything as it was our first time coming. We were kindly upgraded to a superior room due to our occasion, alongside with some sweet treats on the house. Spacious, clean and warm room so cannot complain. Stayed over night for a work Christmas party event .The room was clean and nicely prepared on my arrival. Beautiful hotel located on stunning grounds in the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield, the rooms are decent and the service which you receive is 10/10 we stay every year and each time we are more impressed.
