First timer at this Greggs..nice staff and fast morning service, clean eating area and hot food is ACTUALLY hot! ♨️Every other Greggs I've been to in Birmingham either has filthy tables or the hot food is basically lukewarm and needs to be reheated! Swell sited establishment on the A41 very close to the m5 and West Bromwich Albions football ground-- famous for their sausage rolls and bakes and cakes-- it makes a good stopping place to sample the food --the carpark is big the entrance is wide and disability friendly --the place is well run and clean tidy --the staff are very courteous and friendly and serve quickly a credit to the establishment --so if travelling north and south on the ,M5-it will be advisable to take a rest...read full review
Fantastic Greg's!lots of parking easy access, seating area inside and outside.Staff are very welcoming and always provide excellent customer service.The only thing I don't like is receiving a cold or luke warm pasty and paying the same price as one that has just come out of the oven..... a solution is required please.
