Needs happier staff and a good clean!! A let down for costa!!....now it's 2023 and so much improvement in this store...now I can say clean and friendly place ....well done bognor Costa!!!
Visited this morning 20th May, only had take away cups ??Waited ages, although 4 people serving, part of my order given to another customer, will not be visiting again. Starbucks by Aldi, far superior

Since the refit the atmosphere is such a great welcoming environment to work in every week as well as catch up with friends. Amy has worked so hard every week to give her all to every customer and create a sense of community in store even during big layout changes and staff shortages! I think the bathrooms need updating next and maybe a touch warmer on the air con but that’s really just my preference also having the m&s food options for kids would be a great addition.
