Every aspect was on point! A the whole pub looked beautifully festive, and we’d booked the whole restaurant for our private party. The service was superb, fabulous atmosphere, 35 of us ranging in ages mid 20’s- late 50’s. We were staying at church farm down the road and wanted to go out for a pub lunch. This place was AMAZING! We phoned up the day before to book a table for 8 people. We had our dog with us and it was great that we were allowed to take him into the restaurant area with us too. The welcome was lovely and service was great throughout. Popped in on the off chance, luckily they fitted us in because the food was excellent. Two had the fish and chips, one had scampi and I had the chilli, thoroughly enjoyed by all of us
