Has been in the same family for a few generations. A well known business. Sadly when the original owners retired I don't think the next generation had the same passion. May now have been sold out of the family. Fairly standard fare (the wholesaler delivers each morning), albeit cooked to order as you can hear as you wait in the sparse counter area. I ordered the Chinese food in the takeaway when visiting my parents in burgess hill. Really impressed with the flavours and taste here compared to others, also much better in my area! My parents told us it had been there over 50 years. We will definitely come back from it next time?

Best Chinese in Burgess Hill without a doubt. Yes, a little more expensive then others but you are getting what you pay for here. The king prawns are always excellent quality and authentic flavours.
