I have only given it 3 Stars for a couple of reasons. 1: The new layout for the menu is not very helpful. The huge poster is set at the start of the queue. So you barely have time to look at it. The overhead menu is not that clear personally. I am sure I will get used to it, but a little bit of forwarding in the window would have been good. The assistant was very nice,but it was hard work getting my order Perhaps if she wasn't so busy being besotted with the handsome young man...read full review

Always love a subway great value good range of subs to choose from but make sure you watch them make it in the Burgess hill branch don't go pay as I got completely the wrong salad items even tho I had just told them and it wasn't busy

After being pestered regularly by my grandson to have a Subway we eventually went to this one. Very busy, it was a Saturday lunchtime. Staff were friendly efficient and professional. Although busy we were soon served. It tasted delicious. First but probably not the last Subway I will have.
