Quick trip to UK. Nice enough food for a massive intl. hotel chain based in an airport terminal, but there was an exceptional waiter called RAJ who absolutely rocked it. Worked his arse off and really needs some recognition. Well done!
We were made welcome in Amy's bar (upstairs by Hilton reception) from the moment we arrived until when we left. Huge thanks to Hugo and Zain who ensured we were happy and always had drinks and food when needed. Special thanks to Hugo though who took a genuine interest in where we were going and also gave us recommendations and tips when we asked - and very helpful they were. Kazimir was so lovely and really made us feel welcome. We were especially grateful for his kindness because we had just been bumped from an oversold BA flight. Positive energy is contagious and those who spread it should be celebrated.
