We were driving through East Grinstead and needed a dog friendly place to eat. CJ's came up and we decided to give it a ago. The staff, especially the woman behind the bar was so kind and accommodating. We had two dog and a push chair with a 10 month old. She suggested the perfect table with lots of space and they gave us a booster seat which attaches to the stool, as well as loads of dog treats for our pooches. Such a nice experience since this establishment has changed hands to The Goat Kitchen. It has been a while since I have been to CJ's as I felt it (and its staff sadly) was going downhill, but it now has a new lease of life. We arrived with our dog for lunch (we hadn't booked but it was quiet) and were immediately asked if our dog would like water and some treats. Such a nice touch.
