Haven’t been to this Pizza Express branch since before the pandemic so it was great to see that they now have a separate vegan menu! The vegan pizzas were great too - dough was nice, thin and crispy and cheese didn’t have that strange coconut smell the mainstream vegan cheese normally has. They also let my 4 year old make her own tomato pasta which she really enjoyed and actually made her eat more of it than she usually would. Really overpriced in my opinion. Beetroot is not the same cost as truffles for example! Its not a delicacy its a root vegetable! Really so overpriced for what it is. Aaircon was also a bit chilly by the door. Great service except the welcome was non existent until our waitress came...food completely underwhelming. Have been eating here for years with friends the best pizza express in the area. They retain their staff so will always get a warm welcome. Clean tables & staff who care. Will continue meeting friends here for years to come as long as they don't change anything
