Lovely food and great service.Parking: Free street parking after 5pm but limited and plenty of paid parking not far away.

Haven’t been to this Pizza Express branch since before the pandemic so it was great to see that they now have a separate vegan menu! The vegan pizzas were great too - dough was nice, thin and crispy and cheese didn’t have that strange coconut smell the mainstream vegan cheese normally has. They also let my 4 year old make her own tomato pasta which she really enjoyed and actually made her eat more of it than she usually would. The polenta chips (vegetarian) were super delicious. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming so overall we had a lovely dining experience.

Really overpriced in my opinion. Beetroot is not the same cost as truffles for example! Its not a delicacy its a root vegetable! Really so overpriced for what it is. Aaircon was also a bit chilly by the door. Great service except the welcome was non existent until our waitress came...food completely underwhelming. Even the kids were a bit meh this time. ?Kid-friendliness: The waitress was brilliant and food was ok. But seriously £16 for a salad and dough ball sticks?! Im not joking you...the portion size was small too. Not quite adequate....they absolutely do the minimum. Without the dough sticks I would have been left wanting more for sure. Crazy money for a salad. Anyone reading this and wants a good salad for not as much as this go to Bench over the road... or make your own! I get overheads yadda yadda yadda but I still cant compute that some rocket about 2-3 small beetroots and some seeds and tomatos with the tiniest blob of humous amounts to £14.00!!!!Ok rant over. Im just surprised I guess.

Sat for 20 mins and no one came to take our order so we left and went across the road to the corner cafe.

After visiting Pizza Express in East Grinstead we shall not be returning. The service was slow, the restaurant is dirty. The toilets are disgusting, no locks on one of the doors. Health and hygiene is clearly not followed throughout this restaurant.Food on the wall behind us and the marble borders.Very disappointing after coming to Pizza express after many years.

Have been eating here for years with friends the best pizza express in the area. They retain their staff so will always get a warm welcome. Clean tables & staff who care. Will continue meeting friends here for years to come as long as they don't change anything

Had a really nice meal here on the 5/8/2023. The food was delicious and well prepared. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was very efficient our food arrived promptlyWe and my wife felt in good hands when we came here for late lunch.Would definitely come here again. It was pretty quiet in here this was mainly due to the weather being so wet outside. We were more than happy that it was nice and peaceful ?We managed to park opposite the restaurant which was lucky but there is very limited parking out the front.Thankyou guys

My 7 year old son and I visited for my birthday, it is my sons favourite place to eat. We sat down at 5pm, and at 5.20 we still hadn't been spoken to, offered drinks nor had our order taken. I then called over the lady who had seated us (the manager I believe) who promptly took our order, brought over our drinks and doughballs swiftly. We then waited a further 20 minutes for our pizza. The table next to us had waited an hour for their main course. Although the restaurant had various other tables, it was not what I would consider busy. And communication with the tables was really lacking. I have been visiting this restaurant since moving to EG in 2015 and generally the staff and food is super. Today has been very disappointing, especially as it was my birthday. Pizza was fine

Ordered a pizza from here, waited over 2 hours. Rang the branch 10+ times and nobody answered. Ended up having to spend another 20 minutes going through the website to cancel it and still awaiting refund. Save your time and money!

For a predominantly pizza shop they can’t do much right. Pizza was very very undercooked, dough balls doughy and raw. Pizza wasn’t even sliced!

Great relaxing restaurant. Went at 4.30pm on a Sunday afternoon for an early dinner. Great service and speed of delivery and the food was very fresh and flavoursome.I had the La Cubana, which was delightful and followed it up with the amazing Honeycomb Cream Slice
