Unfortunately the experience was far from good. Waited over 10 minutes for 3 coffees as the staff kept on mixing the orders. Food was very average and expensive. Unfortunately is a 1 star this time but I am hoping things will improve in

Paid for large coffee, received a small cup. The lady was just shouting at me without listening to what i was saying. Poor service and the coffee was average. For 3.70 i could have have received much better product. Disappointed.

zero stars Warren bakery. at the counter you ask for a review. so have it… over £7 to eat a miniature scone out of a napkin and a cup of mud. Is this a bad picnic?

Good coffee, extra charge for vegan milk, spacious with lots of plugs if needing to work and friendly staff.

Everything was perfect. I received my sandwich warm and fast. The cashier was really helpfull and really kind, and even helped me out because i was short on money. Roma Elena was her Name and i can‘t thank her enough for the kindness she gave me ?

We asked for mocha from the menu on the display screen, but he refused and replied "can not , it's not available " attitude. No customer service interaction. Also disappointed seeing lots of fly on muffins as well as not having decaff bean, instead used sachet to serve my latte without warning me. Our lattes both taste very watery and weak.Overall if you are a coffee conosure and you like a decent coffee, there are plenty of other options available ?Kid-friendliness: No highchair available

Paid on card and then they told me it didn't go through despite seeing it say "authorised". Now over 24 hours later I can see 2 charges to my card for the same amount. I did bring it up at the time and they said it would go back in.

The staff are miserable. Couldn't be bothered to put chocolate sprinkles on my £3.10 cappuccino. And blueberry muffin had 1 blueberry and my husband's none!

I wanted to try something other than Pret and Starbucks so went to Warrens Bakery. I love cinnamon swirls so went for one of those alongside an oat cappuccino. The oat cappuccino was quite nice but very hot. I appreciated this as for me, I had time to kill so could enjoy my coffee for longer. The cinnamon swirl wasn’t great at all. It was really dry and didn’t taste of cinnamon. Maybe I’m being a bit harsh because my reference point for a good cinnamon swirl is those from Ole & Steen, but there was definitely a lot left to be desired at Warrens Bakery.Final point - the service wasn’t great. I get that it’s an airport and people often show their worst sides in airports but there was no queue and I was very polite. It didn’t really seem to justify the poor service.Overall, I probably won’t visit again but if the cinnamon swirls seem better next time, who knows, maybe I’d be tempted… ?

Humera and Nikita were super nice! We had a misunderstanding and they exchanged my latte immediately! Super helpful! They are great!

Not overly impressed. Had a chicken and bacon club baguette. There was so little chicken and bacon in comparison to the excess of tomato that "tomato baguette" would have been a better description. The sausage rolls looked appetizing; golden flaky pastry, so I ordered one. Boy was that a mistake; a Greggs sausage roll is Michelin star compared this monstrosity. I thought that they had given me the vegan version but the staff assured me that it was the meat version.I'm not sure if a grey substance with the texture of paste and dissolves in your mouth qualifies as meat. The draft beer was acceptable. My traveling companion was not impressed and complained, the staff were very dismissive until he demanded to see the manager. She begrudgingly exchanged his sausage roll for a more expensive bacon bap. The same courtesy was not extended to me; she insisted that she could only exchange one.So much for customer satisfaction ??‍♂️On reflection, the £30 I spent would have been better used if I booked a lounge.Vegetarian options: The meat options contain little or no meat; they should be safe to eat by many vegetarian.

Food was just OK for airport price. It is slightly cheaper than Pret, but the quality is not there. The Cornish pasty was OK, but the sausage roll was dire with meat like a paste. The tea was nice. The staff was nice.

Panini was nice and hot, cheesy. Service was quick and girl that served us was very sweet (Miki, I hope I got her name right). There was plenty of room to sit down and wait for gate announcement. Bunch of power points to charge your devices, which is always useful. Pain au chocolat was rich with chocolate, too.

Nice and quiet compared to the other eateries. Coffee and toastie both fine. But even though they weren’t busy when I ordered they forgot to put my toastie in the oven!!
