We asked for mocha from the menu on the display screen, but he refused and replied "can not , it's not available " attitude. No customer service interaction. Also disappointed seeing lots of fly on muffins as well as not having decaff bean, instead used sachet to serve my latte without warning me. Food was just OK for airport price. It is slightly cheaper than Pret, but the quality is not there. The Cornish pasty was OK, but the sausage roll was dire with meat like a paste. The tea was nice. The staff was nice.

Everything was perfect. I received my sandwich warm and fast. The cashier was really helpfull and really kind, and even helped me out because i was short on money. Roma Elena was her Name and i can‘t thank her enough for the kindness she gave me ?
