Every morning the lovely French guy who couldn’t be more of a shining light in the mornings. Even if the shop is full he always has a lovely word to say to each of his customers. Service is quick when you are running for your train and he makes sure you don’t miss it with his speedy and above expectational service. Thank you from all us grumpy commuters at platform 3 and 4 at Haywards Heath station
Xavier is the best morning welcome! Always greets you with a positive smile or remark, come whatever chilly platform weather us passengers are all grumbling about !! A BIG thank you from me!
