Meat cooked perfectly, vegetables fresh and tasty. Roast potatoes & Yorkshire puddings cooked perfectly.
Wine and desserts were lovely. Great place to eat, with welcoming and friendly team.

The staff were fantastic , chatting to my little boy and showing him all the cars and motorbike pictures, they let him play with one of the models while he waited for his food, really appreciated. The food itself was fantastic, the chicken strips were tasty (boy scoffed the lot), my ‘Jack burger’ was fully loaded, cooked to perfection and the chips + halloumi fries were to die for.

The Royal Oak
Wineham Ln, Wineham, HenfieldLovely old dog friendly Village pub. Very good and friendly service at bar and in the restaurant. We ate at in the restaurant one evening, and there were mixed reviews for the food from our group. The pie was very good, but the salmon and lamb dishes were served with cold side dishes, which we found a little odd, and the flat bread served with the lamb was cold and tough.

Golding Barn Cafe
Golding Barn Industrial Estate, Henfield Rd, HenfieldFabulous mid dog walk breakfast at this little gem. Quality ingredients and the most amazing three ladies running the show. My dog was given a little pot of sausage and chicken, fresh water and lots of cuddles which was fab as being a rather large staffy cross people tend to give him a miss. There was faux skins on the benches to keep your butt warm and a heater outside although we were made very welcome to sit inside if we preferred. Looking forward to going back.

Truffles Bakery
High St, HenfieldHi. Truffles in Henfield made a birthday cake for us recently. It was beautiful. No leftovers. We called soon after to thank the friendly staff, and purchase more of their beautiful produce. Again no leftovers. We'll done Truffles. Would definitely recommend.

Upper Station Rd, HenfieldReally nice place to stop by on a cycle with dedicated space for bike parking. Wish they had more veggie options but I'm told they're coming in the future and did us a chip butty to accommodate! Nice outside area and the staff are great.

Henfield Rd, Small Dole, HenfieldAbsolutely lovely food, I had the TFI burger with blue cheese sauce, served with chips, onion rings, and coleslaw. It was lovely and filling and tasted superb! The staff were really friendly and welcoming too.
We went on a Tuesday lunchtime and it was relatively quiet. Great atmosphere in a lovely little English pub. I'm sure we will be back at some point!

High St, HenfieldLovely little cosy pub restaurant. The low music in back groud . The intresting choice of lighting an lityle antiques scattered around . Excellent service. Even in a very busy time. It was a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and well presented.
The prices were great for quality of the food.
Some places you can feel a little rushed in busy times but not here.
It was great to take your time an really enjoy food and the calmness.

Relish
Brook House, High St, HenfieldI cannot recommend Relish and Alison highly enough. Alison was recommended to me by 3 people. Not only is she lovely, sympathetic and funny but a brilliant cook as well. She did us proud, really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble and everyone commented on how lovely the food was. Thank you Alison and team, you are brilliant!

2 Stanmore House, London Road, HenfieldLiving in Steyning and our local chippy doesn't even come close to these beautiful chips. We will come out of our way to get chips when we fancy them. Cannot fault one bit always goregous wonderful batter wonderful chips. Always have a smile always up for a chat its what a local chippy should be.
