Brook House, High St, HenfieldA wonderful experience with Relish. With only 3 days notice, they provided a fantastic selection of buffet food for my sister's 50th birthday party when another venue was suddenly unable to cater. Communication was excellent, choices were varied and all food was home made, wonderfully tasty, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately didn't get photos. As soon as it went out, the party devoured everything! Trust me it was wonderful.Thank you Alison and the Relish Team xxx

Golding Barn Cafe
Golding Barn Industrial Estate, Henfield Rd, HenfieldLovely breakfast I had a vegetarian and my 2 friends had the English breakfasts. Cooked to perfection in a clean comfortable and cosy environment. Friendly staff. I found it on google maps and would definitely return when in the area.

Wineham Ln, Wineham, HenfieldAbsolutely stunning pub with world-class food.We've been to The Royal Oak a few times now for food, and it never disappoints.The menu is always a perfectly tuned selection of traditional pub dishes made with locally sourced produce. Everything from the starters to the desserts is without fault.The service is always excellent too with friendly staff.I appreciate how much the history and character of the place remains intact. Everything about the pub has an old English rustic charm.May it never change!

The White Hart
High St, HenfieldVisited for Mother’s Day & had a lovely time! The small bunches of daffodils that were given to all the mums was a lovely touch! The food was amazing & the service was excellent, staff were extremely friendly & attentive. The only thing that would have made it completely perfect would be to have disabled toilets. Despite this, I’m sure we will be back & would highly recommend!Parking: We just about managed to park in the restaurants car park however it was very full!Wheelchair accessibility: The staff were extremely helpful with my sister who is a wheelchair user and we were informed on arrival that there were no disabled toilets and that this was something that they are trying to get sorted as it’s important. Luckily we didn’t need to use the toilet while we were there! Managed to get in & out without any problems though & the staff were very helpful assisting us coming in & leaving.

The Plough of Henfield
High St, HenfieldHad a lovely Sunday roast in here with my wife and daughter. We both had the beef which was delicious and the yorkies were homemade and fluffy and crispy at the same time. My daughter had the pasta with tomato which she enjoyed and there plenty of it too. Cheers ??

The Wheatsheaf Pub And Dining
Wheatsheaf Road, Woodmancote, HenfieldI’ve just been to the Wheatsheaf for a birthday lunch and I cannot speak highly enough about this lovely pub. The food was super delicious, I had the Caribbean fish stew. Amazingly tasty, with haddock, king prawns and a lovely sauce. My husband had the all day breakfast which was equally delicious. Apparently the sausages were top notch. I followed up with cheese and biscuits with port. The Stilton was just about the best I have ever had and the pickle had a delicious hint of chilli. The service was very fast and the waitress was very polite and attentive. The pub had a log fire and the decor was very unique and well thought out. Just an excellent experience. Thank you.

Coopers Way, HenfieldWe have had 3 takeaways here in the last 2 months and I can honestly say it’s one of the best curries we have ever had. I think things must have changed here recently as I have nothing bad to say about the food at all. Highly recommended the specials. Really happy we finally have a good local curry house that we don’t have to have an hour round trip to pick one up!

The Shepherd & Dog, Fulking
The Street, Fulking, HenfieldWent there in two couples, had a variety of starters and mains. Food was delicious. Worth special praise were the pie of the day (chicken and chorizo), which was amazing. My wife had an amazing red pepper, haloumi, and mushroom burger where every single ingredient was fresh and tasty. We could only manage one dessert (between us), sticky toffee pudding with brandy custard. All the food was fresh and tasty, and there was an excellent selection of quality local beers on tap. We're definitely going back next time we're in Brighton
