One of my favourite coffee places in Horsham recently ? service is so fast, staff are always smiling (even with me being the annoying customer ordering a strawberry milkshake during peak hours) and there's always a spot to sit. Classic coffee shop atmosphere with well spaced tables and cosy lighting. Normal Nero's coffee/atmosphere, disappointed that each time I have been in there late afternoon there aren't any pastries. Does not help when you have discount vouchers for coffee and pastries, hence two stars for food.

Service can be slow and annoying if they leave your order unfinished while starting on someone else's. Tables are not always cleared but mostly OK. Dogs allowed (personally I do not like them). Cups can be over-filled - even when you ask for milk, leaving no room to add the milk.
