We are regular customers in here with our 5 month old daughter, we go to pret to feed her and grab a drink each. The staff are always delightful without fail, they don’t hesitate to help us warm up bottles for the baby and are always accommodating with the pram and type of seating needed. Today we went in and they even recognised us and gave us each a drink on the house! I went here for a sandwich and a coffee with the family. Pret A Manger has severely deteriorated in its food offering in the past 3-4 years. The quality, choice and portion size of its lunch food items is now appalling and a huge decline on what they used to provide. I had a very basic sandwich here because the other options were over priced for what they included. You can almost play a game of spot the filling...the cost accountants have run their food offering into the ground....read full review
