I'm so sorry to not have written a review earlier but i wanted to shout out Kerrie and Ollie and their team. My partner and I, along with our families have ad several birthday meals at Swiss cottage over the last 6 months. My partners mum can only eat off a gluten free menu so was delighted to hear of theirs. Popped in today (Boxing Day) with my parents and husband without a reservation and everything has been lovely! They were clearly very busy but all was good. Service at the bar was prompt and friendly and the food looked so good we decided to stay. We had two risottos and two burgers and everyone enjoyed everything. My parents are local so we'll definitely be back again soon.

Credit where credit’s due. I visited this establishment today after a misunderstanding at a care home regarding taking my partners disabled father out for drinks for Christmas. The manager Kevin bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and made my father in laws Christmas. Each and every one of his team were equally as accomodating. Very welcoming, very professional, I highly recommend the Swiss Cottage for drinks or a family meal.
