I like this branch as staff very friendly. Can be super busy at times due to delivery orders needing to be met, but this isn't the staff's fault. They are working as hard as they can

Have visited twice in the last week - first time was when there was a members offer, second time a few days later.Being in the hospital, both times it was very busy, especially for its size, but staff were quick, friendly & lovely. They didn’t stop the entire time I was there &, considering they were constantly serving multiple people, the service was as quick as any other coffee shop I’ve been to (inc other branches)Second time I tried tipping but they said there was no way...read full review

We are regulars here, and came with a German friend recently. His order wasn’t what he expected - although it had been made correctly and the team were more than willing to remake to an alternative for him. Always kind and always keen to solve a problem quickly. Thank you costa team. ?
