I like this branch as staff very friendly. Can be super busy at times due to delivery orders needing to be met, but this isn't the staff's fault. They are working as hard as they can

Very friendly staff always try their best. The manager was outside cleaning the pavement area which obviously shows his commitment to the job. Sam was a great member of staff who served me . All staff are lovely and helpful.Shame about the flooring which lets the team down which i guess is due to higher management.Great costa and I visit lots of different costas .

I made a mistake in my order and they very kindly sorted it out for me in a very friendly and professional manner not to mention their chocolate fudge brownie mocha frappe's are so absolutely amazing I love love love them, they are the only coffee shop I get coffee from, it's a much better flavour coffee than other big brand shops and their staff are always very kind and friendly!!!!Kid-friendliness: When my son goes in there they are always happy to talk to him he loves to watch...read full review
