Met friends yesterday for christmas lunch. Excellent service. Being vegetarian would rather have had nut roast instead of roulade being a christmas meal. Shame there was no stuffing. Unfortunately the sprouts and carrots didn.t appear to be cooked - rock hard. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We regularly visit the Bluebird Cafe for brunch or lunch and a walk on Ferring beach with our dog. This time we were there for a Christmas lunch with friends - our first at the Bluebird. It was outstanding. The food (Turkey, Duck and Skate wing) was delicious beautifully presented restaurant food in a beach cafe. The staff were unfailingly friendly and the service was perfect. Had breakfast here, and it was the best we've had anywhere in the local area since moving into West Sussex 4 years ago. Friendly staff, efficient service and quality produce cooked perfectly. Good coffee, milkshakes, and cake selection, too. I would thoroughly recommend a visit. We'll definitely be back again soon. The lunch menu looked good, too. It's worth booking, as it gets very busy.
