Ok so I used to be a chef for 6 years so I have a certain standard when it comes food. This pub has great potential, looks like a traditional rustic pub from the outside, ?.Nice big outside area and a play park for kids ?.But when u get inside, traditional and rustic has been replaced with outdated and run down.Food was basic to say the least, I had a burger which had the visuals of a great burger, but it was messy and sloppy because of a wet dressed salad ( weird ), meat pattie...read full review
A great dinner for valentine evening. Great service by all of the ladies out front. The menu was varied we enjoyed Calamari and prawn and salmon cocktail to start with followed by braised steak and salmon for main coursesFood was plentiful and so very much enjoyableThe evening ended with being presented with a rose each! Super touchWe will be back soon

11 of us enjoyed a family lunch at The Fox on Good Friday. This is our 6th visit and we are now ready to call it our "local". The food is good, they are always very willing to cater for special dietary needs/food intolerances, the service excellent, and the atmosphere what you would expect from this lovely country pub.
