Used the online order option as per menu. Had to wait approx 20mins for drinks, so was a bit confused as to whether the website was working and was a little disappointed by the wait time. The non alcoholic cocktail was very refreshing! Food was not piping hot but very tasty, although staff did need to have order clarified as was not aware we had ordered two of the same drink instead of just one, also had to ask for side of fries as server did not come back with them after bringing...read full review

I ordered a drink on the app as soon as I got in but this wasn’t brought to me. I waited for my daughter to come in then ordered drinks and food this took a good 20 mins we were really starving having come from work. Food portions were scanty not enough to fill us up. Bit disappointing. Also had to ask for my side order wasn’t brought with my main.Vegetarian options: Was ok but not enough food.

Had the carvery on a Sunday, so I paid 2.50 more than Mon To Fri. To be honest, a bit of a letdown. Meats were fine. However, vegetables was cold roast potatoes were like bullets. It's a shame as we have not been here for some time and still the staff are friendly and polite but the carvery was a real dissapointment maybe its the time we went around 4pm so maybe it had been out a long time under the heat lamps.
