Disappointed with the cheese and onion bake today it was cold. The hot chocolate was ok didn't have its normal flavours. Price was ok on the meal deal at £3.35. Had the meal to sit in Gregg's.
One morning I was qued up and a really rough looking customer was in the shop. I was impressed with the consistency in customer service and care to him as to others others. It made my day.Keep up the great work at this busy Greggs.

I usually visit here in peak times, it can be a bit hit and miss in terms of availability of stock, like sandwiches for example, some times i've been in and there has been barely any choice of pastries, so 3 stars only from me.
