Ordered through mc donalds app delivery, food missing, will not send missing food, asking me to drive down and collect myself????? why would I pay extra to have it delivered and then asking me to come out and collect which is clearly their mistake!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!
Cannot do the deals that are on the app and want to charge more. Had to go into the restaurant and the toilets are a disgrace. Had to take my daughter to the accessible toilet as most were out of order and there was mess on the floor including tissue and human urination.

Without a doubt the worst mcdonald's I have ever been to, drive through staff taking no notice of customers laughing between themselves oblivious to customers asking questions,Was told to 'park up' and wait for our order. Waited 30 minutes only for the food to arrive freezing cold! Fast food haha don't make me laugh if only eh! Won't be going again that's for sure!
