Usual Nandos, menu same all over but we were disappointed as they got the order wrong, we were sat by the hatch where the food comes out, I could see ours was wrong so immediately told the chef, she did nothing, wasting time, so when the server brought them and I explained the order was wrong he had to take them back

we are a group of people with learning disabilities who regularly attend trips. the group had decided to visit the centenary nandos as they have visited here previously. upon arrival the staff made us all feel instantly welcome and was incredibly friendly and professional. the staff was extremely helpful with us whilst we ordered our meals and was extremely patient and understanding with our group as they took the extra time to give us all the best customer experience possible....read full review

Came here for lunch for first time Must say I had a very pleasant time. Looked after by two young ladies who were very polite and helpful. Sadly I didn't get their names..( my receipt said Wania ? ) The food was lovely and the level of service was excellent. Very impressed with friendliness of staff and their attitude. A very polite and accommodating manager . Will definitely go again.
