Standards have dropped. Not the same from the old days. Service is terrible. Rude and arrogant. You claim you take customer service seriously but you clearly don't. It's as though you don't want to put up with me. It's happened more than once. I'm patient otherwise I'd have said and set things straight. This was definitely one of the all time classic places to eat at. The last 2/3 times I have visited the place the food was very very oily. When eating in usually had sauces in bottles on the table....this has now changed and they pass you 2 small tubs of Mint sauce...this was really shocking.

Gave this place a second chance. Young lad was very polite and attentive. Food was delicious but the seating was an issue especially for family or group of people. We like to share so it was difficult to do.. mint sauce is the best..
