I ordered some food and the assistant gave me the incorrect change. I said to her you have given me the incorrect change and she she gave me an odd look saying it’s only a few pennies.I said if you have a charity box I will put the change in there but you’re not taking it. To which she stomped off and eventually returned with the money.This is becoming common practice in a lot of fast food places in Bradford where they are overcharging assuming you’re not doing the maths...read full review

Went here today for the first time, wanted to try a few things because it looked good. Then stood there waiting, no cue, no staff at the front. Waited on thinking someone will come then one of the staff members looked at me walked right past me, then walked right back in. No sorry, no we will be right with you, just got on with nothing lol. Disappointing especially for a first visit.

Service good but need to update some information:1) for a first timer there needs to be information on the counter to inform the public that the only way to place an order is through the digital channels.If someone who was not very tech savy they would move on to another establishment that offers a face to face service.
