Took mum for a treat for part of her birthday gift. The lady who served us was so nice and welcoming. The tea and coffee came out quickly and were bottomless. The sandwiches and cakes were fresh and nice choices of fillings. We loved
Hotel is relaxing and quite modern. Room was spacious. Dining area was a little lacking for the breakfast and we had to wait 10 minutes before some of the English breakfast options were available to self serve. Does have a spa on site but have to pay an extra £50pp if wish to use the spa facilities on a weekend which I didn't pay as I thought £130 for the room on a weekend should offer the access complimentary or for maybe a small fee if staying on a weekend.
