It's okay. Upstairs is always a bit hot which is very uncomfortable as the air conditioning never seems to be working. . Downstairs is cooler as the air conditioning is on. There is more seating Upstairs than downstairs so it is strange how they can not keep it cool.
My husband and I are regulars at Nero's and have great things to say about the staff, atmosphere and service we receive.We moved to Huddersfield last year and Alex was the first person we met in store. Alex is always full of energy, has a great attitude, is constantly on the go and knew our order within a couple of visits. I met a friend for a coffee and a catch up. We ordered a coffee and stayed for quite some time. We didn't at any point feel like we had out stayed our welcome. The atmosphere was relaxed and the other customers seemed friendly. I will definitely visit again.
