Visited here recently with my family.The food is great but the adults mains do come with fries so the burgers are a little pricey for that reason.On top of that an optional 10% service charge was added to the bill. This is a pet peeve of mine. I hate it when restaurants do this and I refuse to pay it on principle. Leaving a tip should be a matter of personal preference. My favourite burger place in Leeds, especially for the loaded fries. Service is always warm and speedy. Appreciate their commitment to quality control too - their Phoenix Loaded Fries is supposed to be a good mix of sweet potato and normal fries, and that's one of the things that make it my favourite loaded fries in Leeds (as well as the toppings!), but today my order only had a few sweet potato fries, and when I pointed this out, they immediately remedied the issue, and then...read full review

Popped in for quick burger at lunch time.Burger was a bit smaller than I expected but fry’s were really tasty.Very cheeky 10% service charge added. I was going to tip anyway but this is unusual for burger joint.Would I return, maybe for a quick take away.
