I have to say the customer service here is outstanding. There was an honest mistake when I ordered a voucher that hadn't come in time despite paying special delivery. Luciana called me within 4 minutes of emailing! Fortunately the voucher had arrived in the nick of time as it was a gift needed for the following day. I' ve been in this restaurant a few times with my wife and it's always a wonderful experience. Since we got to the restaurant, the staff has been really welcoming and they guided us to our table. The food it's just amazing and I can absolutely say that from Italian, this is for sure the best Italian restaurant I have ever tried abroad and to be honest even better than some Italian restaurants in Italy. Great food. We were upgraded to a dine and show table due to a cancellation. A lovely jesture but the entertainment was not the best. Glad we didn't pay extra for it and be careful of the steep service charge. ! Lovely place though!
