I ordered a XL Double cheese Burger meal. When I sat down and took a bite, I realised they had missed the bacon offAccess is good but there’s no music playing, there’s no queue management and on a couple of occasions, I had to direct people to the till as the staff weren’t doing it. The manager was not apologetic but got me a burger and threw it at me.Burger King is more expensive than McDonalds and this is how they train their staff? Service should reflect the increase in price

Found the servers to be so dismissive, obv had the app open for my blue light discount but they didnt seem to believe me, had to empty all my purse out to find my physical card. Took 20 mins to get my food and they shouted numbers out who ordered after me so i had to go ask where mine was, the burger was in the warming unit, guess it had been there a while, tables were dirty, only went in here as i was desperate for the loo and due to the discount, will never go to this one again

Bellybutton experience. Had the Aberdeen Angus burger. Honestly it was beautiful ? fries and onion rings. 6hrs later and I'm still full .

Called in today for a coffee, which was lukewarm. I used the disabled toilet which was a disgrace. The toilet pan was filthy, the rim os the toilet seat had poo on it. The wash basin was dirty. Needless to say i did not use this facility.Shame on you Burger King.

I am a regular customer of yours on deliveroo and not ONCE have you got an order correct. Usually you just forget the dips (every time) occasionally fries, once also a burger. But this time you took the order, made us wait on the deliveroonapp to see three separate drivers be assigned hen cancelled, until you closed the shop and then finally over an hour later cancelled our order. I have no idea why we keep ordering from your shop, if I'm honest, and now we just won't. Appalling service literally every time!

Cold place to eat in. The coke is nearly as costly as a burger. Better to go for the fries and burger and buy a coke elsewhere then eat on one of the benches provided in the Core
