I ordered a XL Double cheese Burger meal. When I sat down and took a bite, I realised they had missed the bacon offAccess is good but there’s no music playing, there’s no queue management and on a couple of occasions, I had to direct people to the till as the staff weren’t doing it. The manager was not apologetic but got me a burger and threw it at me.Burger King is more expensive than McDonalds and this is how they train their staff? I reviewed 1 star for a Burger King couple weeks ago, and showing the difference of prices for the same burger! So this one here now is at the core Burger King just cross the road from the other one, and I can give it 5star, customer service 5star, time for waiting 5star and the food 5 star! Visited this morning for breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful explaining the breakfast options. We will definitely be visiting again, much faster than the McDonald’s opposite.
