The staff are so friendly and welcoming! I know chain coffee houses get a lot of slack compared to small business ones but this one is so heavily used by the local community. I've also noticed on several visits that a lot of the local elderly use it as a meeting point and know the staff really well!
Love a Costa at coffee, there are always plenty parking spaces and and washroom facilities for disabled and able body customers. Staff are always happy to help when they see you have problems
