I had a wonderful experience here today. The white male who served me was so lovely and the food was great. Also read about the half price evening meals to avoid food waste and I think that's amazing! Will definitely be back.
I must be the only person who's not experienced Itsu before my visit to Leeds. I popped into here for a quick lunch while taking in some of the sites around Leeds City Centre. What a brilliant and easy alternative to fast food. I would pick this over a Mcdonald or KFC any day. The only thing I would like to see that would make the experience any better would be the removal of all plastic in the packaging! Our favoutite casual dining for a quick Japanese meal. Have eaten here a number of times, and it never disappoints. Nice clean, colorful decor. Tables have usb charging ports. Our favorites are the gyoza, chicken noodle soup and famous coconut rice. Highly recommended if you're looking for some Jaoanese comfort food.
