every time we visit this place , something is missing. We make a point of not leaving the que until we have thoroughly checked our food and they make a fuss like there doing you a favour ! Just been now (bonfire night) at 8pm ti feed the kids and as it was EMPTY we just assumed they’d do it right. Not like there doing anything it was dead. Clean environment never too busy which means relatively quick service. Staff are helpful and polite. Food. well it’s KFC; I’m sure we all know what it taste like although the newly introduced “finger lickin signature fries” are reasonably tasty, although a bit salty
The orders seem to always be cold or luke warm at best and sometimes stale. I like KFC chicken hot and greasy like fried chicken should be, not stale and dry. They seem to always be rushing you into making your order, but then take time to deliver it.
