I sat in the car and waited for my brother to make his purchase. I’m not a fan of chicken dishes, but each to their own. The car park was decent. It was fairly cosy in the car, but I suppose I should thank my brother for leaving the heating on. I can recommend bringing a car if you are choosing to visit the KFC car park.

Yesterday 9/10 was the 1st time in over 6 months that the customer service was great.. What it should always be! ... I was acknowledged on arrival, served really quickly, food was fresh and hot... Finally KFC Dewsbury Road, well done! You are a very very very busy T/A and should always have a full team. Mr Manager!... Their's saving cost then theirs running your store into the ground... Keep it up!

Me and my family have ordered from this place many times down the years and have rarely had any issues. We’ve noticed that in the last year, their customer service has really improved. An example of this was when the manager Jamie and the supervisor Tahid arranged for us to receive two free sides on an occasion when a portion of my daughters fries were missing from a previous delivery during covid.
